Doctors Appt.

Colton had a follow up appt today to recheck his weight and he did great! He is now back up to his birth weight so i no longer have to feed him every hour (which hopefully should help me get more sleep). The doctor said everything sounded good and his rash should clear up in a few more days. Already it is looking a lot better! We go back on September 9th to get his first shots.

Colton Blain's First Bath

Colton had his first bath on July 19th. He did surprising well for a baby who hates being naked. At first I filled up the tub with a little to much water but he LOVED it! When I had to let some of the water out he screamed. He hated it!!! He did like it when I would pour water over him though. Here are some pictures!!! ENJOY!

Colton Blain is here!

Colton Blain was born on July 9th, 2008 at 7:54 AM. He weighed 8 pounds and 3 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. He had a few complications with breathing at first but after a few hours of monitoring he was fine. He had an EKG one on his heart because he had a murmer but the results all came back normal. We left the hospital at 9:00PM on July 10th. Since we have been home he has been doing great. He loves to eat and sleep (just like his daddy!). We love having our little man here!
